Omnes Healthcare is seeking a Practice Nurse for a GP surgery delivering NHS primary and secondary care. The role focuses on assessment, screening and treatment, advising patients on minor ailments, and referring to GPs when needed. You will handle pathology specimens and support QOF and clinical audit work.
Full-time and part-time hours are available within a multidisciplinary team of clinical and non-clinical colleagues. Current NMC registration is required to apply.
