Cherry Hinton & Brookfields Medical Centres are seeking a Practice Nurse to manage chronic diseases, provide vaccinations, and support cervical screening and wound care. The role includes leading the nursing team and contributing to QOF and audit activities.
You will work with the clinical lead and lead nurse to maintain high standards of patient care, records, and infection control, while delivering evidence-based care to patients with asthma, COPD, and diabetes.
