What the job involves
- Support teaching and learning for pupils with targeted needs in KS1
- Work closely with teachers to help pupils reach their full potential
- Work flexibly within a team under the direction of class teachers or the SENDCo
- Provide teaching and learning support to pupils, teachers and the wider school community
- Support the learning of individual pupils, groups or the whole class alongside the class teacher
- Cover over lunchtimes, within the 30.42-hour working day
