Haymoor Junior School in Poole (TEACH Poole Multi-Academy Trust) is hiring a permanent HLTA to support a small KS2 group aged 7 to 11 in the Inclusion Base. The post is part-time after-school hours, 11.25 per week, term-time, with January 2027 start date.
You will work with the class teacher to lead learning through a highly personalised, trauma-informed approach, building routines that foster emotional safety and student engagement in a supportive environment.
