Park Green Surgery is seeking a Practice Nurse to join a team of five GPs and three Advanced Nurse Practitioners. The role combines treatment room duties (venepuncture, ECGs, vaccinations) with running chronic disease clinics for CHD, diabetes and respiratory conditions.
Candidate must have GP practice nursing experience, NMC registration, and a full UK driving licence. The team includes pharmacy, community and home visiting groups to support patient care.
