Gloucestershire Hospital Education Service is seeking a Link Tutor for KS3/4 students with health-related schooling needs. The role is peripatetic, county-wide, term-time, 36 hours, combining home visits, travel, and office time.
You will provide individual pastoral support to keep learners engaged, plan transitions, and work with schools and professionals to remove barriers to learning. DBS checks and right to work for at least six months are required.
