Brook is a sexual health and wellbeing charity seeking a full-time HR Generalist to join the People and Organisational Development team. The role advises managers on employee relations, absence, performance and organisational change, and helps shape policies, recruitment and workforce analytics.
You will manage complex ER cases, support restructures including TUPE, and drive HR systems, policies and improvements.
