SEOxHA Network is seeking a clinical pharmacist to join a primary care network serving ~33,000 patients across multiple GP practices. You will chair structured med reviews, advise staff and patients, and oversee medicines optimization within a multidisciplinary team.
The role requires MPharm or equivalent, independent prescriber status, GPhC registration, and at least 3 years post-qualification experience in primary care. CPPE/CPPE-like training may be available.
