Thirteen Group is seeking a Housing Co-ordinator to manage a patch of around 350 homes and handle tenant enquiries. The role involves ensuring rent is collected and homes are let promptly, while addressing anti-social behaviour and neighbourhood issues.
You will work with customers and local partners to resolve issues quickly, making decisions that improve neighbourhood outcomes. Expect to travel between local and head office locations as needed and be present on patch two to three times weekly.
