Hermitage Primary School seeks a part-time SENCo to sit on the Senior Leadership Team and lead SEND and inclusion across the school. The role focuses on provision for pupils with SEND, including statutory documentation, coaching colleagues and partnerships with families, the Local Authority and health services.
Two days per week (0.4 FTE) with negotiable days, the post also covers admissions and transitions for the Specialist Inclusion Base and acts as Designated Teacher for looked-after
