St George's Medical Centre is seeking a part‑time practice nurse to join a training practice serving about 12,000 patients. You will report to the Practice Manager and Lead Practice Nurse, with a focus on long‑term conditions, medication reviews, health promotion, vaccinations, wound care and NHS screening.
