This part-time Enabling Support Worker post sits at Shaftesbury Springbank, within the group's Supported Living services in Conwy and Denbighshire. The work is about giving support and encouragement in people's own homes, guided by each person's support plan and their own direction. Hours are 15 a week, with sleep-in sessions to cover at extra pay, and support runs 24 hours a day across the service. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
What the job involves
- Provide support and encouragement, taking direction from the person supported and their person-centred support plan
- Maintain accurate records while at work, in line with service requirements
- Administer personal care and medication when required
- Cover sleep-in sessions
