Enabling Support Worker post with Shaftesbury's Conwy day opportunities service, part of the group's disability services. The work centres on supporting people in line with their person-centred support plans, taking direction from the person supported, and keeping accurate records. The post is part-time at 7.5 hours a week and includes sleep-in cover across supported living services in Conwy and Denbighshire. Visa sponsorship is not available.
What the job involves
- Provide support and encouragement, taking direction from the person supported and their person-centred support plan
- Maintain accurate records while at work, in line with service requirements
- Administer personal care and medication where required
- Cover sleep-in sessions, paid an extra £60 per sleep-in
