Teesside Hospice in Teesside is seeking a therapy assistant to join the Wellbeing and inpatient unit (IPU) team. The role involves delivering treatment plan activities, supporting patients at the inpatient unit, Wellbeing centre or in their homes, and working under supervision.
You will contribute to care pathways for people with long-term conditions, assess needs, plan visits, document on SystmOne and liaise with the MDT. NVQ 3 or BTEC in care and experience in adult health are required.
