CHAS at Home is seeking a specialist paediatric nurse to deliver expert care to babies, children and young people with life-shortening conditions in the community north team. You will work autonomously within a multidisciplinary team, with opportunities to lead, educate and develop services.
You will coordinate care packages, liaise with families and professionals, and contribute to on-call rotas as required.
