This full-time Head of IT and Digital Strategy post sits in the central team of Oxford Diocesan Schools Trust, with schools in Oxfordshire and Berkshire. The postholder sets a multi-year digital roadmap, defines what excellence looks like across the trust and leads a team while staying hands-on in the early stages. Regular travel between schools means a vehicle is needed, plus occasional evening meetings. Enhanced DBS and right to work in the UK are required, and visa sponsorship is not available.

- Set out and deliver a multi-year digital roadmap for change and improvement
- Understand ODST's current digital position and plan the route to where it needs to be
- Lead and manage teams through the early stages of the digital journey
- Shape digital integration, resilience and future planning across schools
- Drive measurable impact in ODST schools through digital change
- Travel regularly across ODST schools in Oxfordshire and Berkshire
- Attend evening meetings on occasion
