Livewell South West is seeking an Out of Area Prevention nursing assistant for the Glenbourne unit. You will provide one-to-one physical, social and psychological care to patients with acute mental illness under a registered nurse, and travel to community locations as needed.
The role requires flexible shifts including nights, and independent travel between sites. A full UK driving licence is required.
