Highfield School, which educates pupils with severe and complex learning difficulties and autistic spectrum conditions, is appointing several teaching assistants to work across its sites and classes as needed. Day-to-day work centres on supporting pupils' communication, independence and social development, and adapting activities to meet the targets in each pupil's EHCP.
