The Ward Manager position on the Children’s Ward at Ormskirk Hospital is a permanent post created by the current postholder’s promotion. You will lead the nursing and support team and ensure safe, high‑quality care for children aged 0 to 16, around the clock, in a ward with 17 inpatient beds, 4 day case beds and a 6‑bed Assessment and Observation Unit.
Applicants must be a registered children’s nurse with current NMC registration; leadership training and evidence of CPD are required.
