The Deputy Team Leader role sits in the West Lancashire Community Mental Health Team, supporting the Team Manager in leading a multidisciplinary team. The postholder acts as keyworker for a caseload of adults with severe, enduring and complex mental health needs, working in homes and the community on assessment, risk, care planning and medication.
