The Pharmacist Network is seeking a full-time on-site clinical pharmacist to join a partner general practice. You will carry out medication reviews, resolve prescribing queries and provide medicines optimisation leadership to the practice team.
Required: pharmacay degree, independent prescribing, and CPPE Primary Care pathway completion, with GP practice experience. You will work within EMIS/System 1 environments and have access to senior pharmacist support.
