Westmorland and Furness Council Youth Justice Service is seeking a dedicated practitioner to deliver specialist substance misuse interventions for children in the Youth Justice System. You will engage with pathways to other services, travel across the authority area to Furness, South Lakeland and Eden, and maintain accurate records and data to monitor outcomes.
