South Lakes Housing seeks a multi-skilled kitchen fitter to work across its own homes and properties belonging to partner organisations. The core of the role is installing kitchens, alongside repairs, maintenance and refurbishment, delivered efficiently and at reasonable cost with close attention to the customer. The post runs a 40-hour week and includes a standby rota, with a company van, power tools and uniform supplied.
What the job involves
- Carry out kitchen installations
- Carry out associated repairs, maintenance and refurbishment work
- Work in company-owned homes and in properties owned by partner organisations
- Deliver a high-quality, efficient, cost-effective service
- Provide excellent customer care
- Work on a standby rota
