Nottingham CityCare Partnership's Housebound Continence team is seeking a registered nurse to provide community continence assessment and treatment for housebound adults. You will work in patients' homes with supervision from band 6/7 nurses while line managing an assistant practitioner.
The role involves clinical assessment, patient advocacy, and travel across the city to visits and training, within daytime hours and with a driving licence and transport required.
