A 12-month fixed-term chef post in the kitchen team at Summergrove Halls, within Professional Services at the University of Central Lancashire. The work covers meals for residential and non-residential students, catering for university activities and events, and keeping service areas clean. The post is term-time only, 36 weeks a year, with flexibility across the week including weekends, and pay is spread evenly over the year. Recent catering experience and a Level 2 catering qualification are needed.
