Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 6 Community Mental Health Nurse to work with older adults in the Broxtowe area. You will provide specialist assessment and interventions in the community, developing care plans to promote independence and prevent hospital admission.
You will lead clinically within the team, educate junior staff, and collaborate with other teams. DBS and a full UK driving licence with a vehicle are required.
