East of England Community Health and Care NHS Trust is seeking a 12-month fixed-term community triage nurse to assess referrals from Norwich, prioritise care, and support patients by telephone. The role is office-based with visits to homes and clinics, seven days a week from 8am to 6:30pm, with some weekend work.
Current NMC registration is required, but triage experience is not essential as full training is provided.
