City College Norwich is seeking a Specialist Learning Support Assistant (Communication Support Worker) to join the Inclusion Services Team. The role supports students with learning disabilities across City College Norwich and partner colleges, including BSL interpretation and additional support needs.
The post is term-time only (38 weeks per year). A Level 6 BSL qualification is essential, and progression towards Level 3 Certificate in Learning Support or equivalent is encouraged.
