What the job involves
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in residents' rooms and all communal areas
- Support, train and coach the domestic and laundry teams
- Ensure the correct staff resource is available through accurate rostering
- Continually assess the domestic needs of all residents
- Deliver to the highest standards in line with all policies and procedures
- Promote continual improvement of standards, prioritising resident care
