Harrow Council is seeking a public health professional to support primary care and adult social care staff in delivering lifestyle advice and MECC. The role focuses on developing and delivering training, and evaluating quality improvements to strengthen NHS Health Checks across the borough.
You will build capacity in GP practices, act as a bridge to primary care, and work with partners to reduce health inequalities through evidence-based interventions.
