Fairways, a residential home run by Cygnet Health Care, is recruiting a Night Support Worker to provide 39.8 hours per week of overnight care for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. The role focuses on round-the-clock support, safeguarding and maintaining a safe, comfortable environment while addressing physical, emotional and welfare needs.
You will work within a person-centred plan, learn each individual's needs, and contribute to their independence and wellbeing.
