Aria Care is seeking a Senior Care Assistant covering nights at Walstead Place, a 41-bed residential care home in Lindfield. The role centers on supporting residents and staff while taking a leadership role and helping colleagues develop within the team.
This is a full-time nights-only position of 44 hours per week with alternate weekends. Experience as a care assistant, ideally in a senior role, and strong leadership skills are desirable.
