Team Leader in the Independent Living service at Shaftesbury, a disability charity, covering North Down and Ards and its homecare, community support and day services. The post oversees the day-to-day running of the service and supports both the staff team and the people who use it. It is a 40-hour role that includes sleep-in sessions and a place on the service's on-call rota. Candidates need an NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or a willingness to work towards it.
