Karbon Homes is seeking a fixed-term Head of Regeneration and Asset Optimisation to lead regeneration, estate renewal, stock rationalisation, acquisitions and disposals, including Right to Buy work. You will work with local authorities and Homes England, using financial modelling and business cases to drive portfolio value.
The role requires RICS membership or equivalent, evidenced CPD, and strong leadership, negotiation and project-management skills, with regular travel and agile working.
