The Methodist Church in Britain is seeking a healthcare professional to join the Adult Treatment Team in Newcastle. The post holder will assess and manage a caseload of adults with complex needs, delivering clinical and psychological interventions and developing recovery-focused care plans with service users and carers.
You will work within a multi-disciplinary team, provide supervision to staff as needed and coordinate treatment planning, reviews and discharge.
