CLCH Hertfordshire Adult Community Services is seeking a Band 5 Occupational Therapist to support adults with neurological conditions, including stroke, in the Neuro In-Patient Rehabilitation Team at Langley House, Holywell Rehab Unit. You will work within integrated care plans with multidisciplinary colleagues and contribute to continuous learning.
The role involves community visits, weekend work on a rota of one in six, and active involvement in CPD via CLCH Academy.
