The Guinness Partnership's Guinness Property in London is seeking a permanent multi-skilled tradesperson to carry out responsive repairs in residents' homes, covering plumbing, tiling, plastering and flooring as part of the repairs and maintenance arm.
You will work on a rota including late shifts, Saturday mornings and out-of-hours callouts, and should live within the Wembley/Acton area. An NVQ Level 3 qualification and a full UK driving licence are required, along with a basic DBS check.
