The Hyndburn Academy, part of United Learning, is seeking an HR Assistant to join the HR team serving three schools in the Lancashire Cluster. You will handle recruitment administration, onboarding and payroll, supporting the Cluster HR Manager and safeguarding pupil welfare.
The role requires spending at least one day per week in each school and flexibility for remaining days. Experience in HR and strong communication and organisational skills are essential.
