The Practice Nurse role covers three GP practices—Whitehouse Surgery, Brooklands Health Centre and Neath Hill Health Centre, with Whitehouse as the main base. The post focuses on long-term condition reviews, health promotion, vaccinations and cervical screening, wound care and patient assessment.
Hours can be full-time at 40 a week or part-time by agreement. Fit depends on current NMC registration and substantial experience working as a practice nurse.
