Vertas Group's Facilities Team is recruiting a Mobile Caretaker to move between sites. The work centres on keeping premises safe, clean and well maintained, combining key holding, waste handling, porterage, cleaning, light decorating and general maintenance. Hours are 25 a week over five days, 7am to 7pm, all year round. Candidates need prior caretaking, maintenance or trades experience and a good grasp of health and safety.

Experience
- Experience in a similar role, such as caretaking, maintenance, trades or general handyperson work
Skills & knowledge
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good understanding of health and safety requirements
- Proactive and flexible approach to work
