HealthHero Integrated Care is seeking Advanced Clinical Practitioners for its Integrated Urgent Care service across Bath, Swindon and Wiltshire. You will assess, diagnose, treat and discharge or refer adults and children, in person or remotely, on part-time or full-time rotas.
Applicants need a non-medical prescribing qualification and two years of prescribing experience. You’ll work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, timely care and support NHS 111 triage and regional operations.
