Clanmil Housing Group is building a reserve list of Care Assistants for Marriott House, with multiple contracts available. The work is care and support for residents, including helping to prepare and serve meals and general housekeeping. Experience of caring for older people is needed, and experience with people living with dementia would be an advantage. Applicants must be registered with the NI Social Care Council or be prepared to register by the time of offer, and visa sponsorship is not available.

Experience
- Previous experience of caring for older people
Skills & knowledge
- Verbal communication in English with the client group
- Literacy skills
- Working as part of a team
- Empathy, compassion and a genuinely caring nature
- Understanding of promoting independence, choice and dignity
Checks & eligibility
- Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship offered)
Nice to have
- NVQ level 2 in a relevant subject, such as care
- Experience of working with people with dementia
