This Level 1 Teaching Assistant post sits in the SEND/Inclusion Team at the Aspire Learning Hub, part of Sir Harry Smith Community College, an 11-18 academy in the Aspire Learning Trust. The work centres on supporting students' learning, wellbeing and personal development, under the direction of teachers and Inclusion staff, to help them overcome barriers and build independence. The setting is a nurturing, relationship-based environment with an emphasis on inclusion. Visa sponsorship is not available, and the post requires an enhanced DBS check, with a January 2027 start.
