Hampton Medical Centre in Macclesfield is seeking a Clinical Coder to review hospital letters, discharge summaries and diagnostic reports, and record them in SNOMED CT on the clinical system. The post holder must adhere to confidentiality and practice protocols.
You will work with GPs and the wider team, identify missing information, support data validation and audits, and ensure coding accuracy. Training in EMIS Web or SystmOne is expected.
