The Autism Hub teaching assistant post at Stanground Academy, part of Greenwood Academies Trust, works with autistic pupils in a specialist hub setting. Duties centre on targeted interventions, classroom support and personalised learning, carried out alongside Hub leaders, teachers, families and external agencies. The role is term-time, 37 hours a week over 39 weeks, with the aim of building students' confidence, social skills and independence. Visa sponsorship is not available, and the post needs an enhanced DBS check.
