What the job involves
- Prepare and present all food to statutory regulations and school standards
- Maintain the highest standards of health, safety and hygiene
- Ensure preparation and presentation methods comply with current recognised catering standards and food safety legislation
- Order raw materials and supplies
- Check deliveries
- Ensure raw and cooked food is correctly stored
- Monitor menu planning and ordering
Experience
- Experience as a catering manager

- Proven knowledge of kitchen management
