The role involves carrying out condition, maintenance and compliance surveys across a cluster of academies, producing cost estimates and long-term maintenance plans, and managing minor capital projects from design to contract administration.
You'll work with headteachers and site teams, undertake tendering activities, and ensure projects meet statutory, budget and time requirements.
