The Skylark Federation seeks an Executive Headteacher to lead Barcombe, Hamsey, Plumpton, Iford and Kingston. The post focuses on strategic leadership to shape the federation's development, raise pupil outcomes, and develop future leaders while building resilient systems.
Each school retains its identity and the Church schools add a Christian character, though rural pupil numbers and finances pose challenges. DBS checks and childcare disqualification self-declaration are required.
