What the job involves
- Scrub for surgical procedures as a scrub nurse or theatre practitioner (ODP)
- Work across a varied surgical caseload
- Supervise, support and develop junior members of the theatre team
- Deliver care that is clinically effective, evidence based and appropriate to each patient
- Use communication skills with patients and the team
- Use modern theatre technology, equipment and facilities

Registration & licences
- Registration with the appropriate governing body, NMC or HPC
Experience
- Post-registration experience
- Experience in General, Orthopaedics, Urology, Gynae, ENT, Plastics, Dental and vascular surgery
