Downing Drive Surgery is seeking a part-time Patient Advisor for about 18 hours per week on the reception team. You will be the first contact for patients, handling appointments, registrations, and enquiries, including AccuRx Total Triage tasks.
You may also act as a personal assistant to a named doctor and support clinicians with documents, patient lists and clinic schedules, while maintaining accurate records in SystmOne.
